Burson Auto Parts Malaga Creates A New Benchmark In True Customer Care

15 05 2016

We hear lots of talk about customer care, relationships and service a great deal these days, but rarely do we find true life examples of how a major Australian company’s Perth store has come to the fore to truly help a local customer.

Burson Auto Parts Malaga (WA) customer, Quads Mods, endured a horrid run to last Christmas when the company’s Malaga premises were completely destroyed by a fire on December 12.

Quads Mods had been a loyal customer following the recent establishment of Burson Auto Parts’ Malaga store, so once hearing of this disastrous event, Burson Auto Parts Malaga store manager Brian Whelan and his enthusiastic team in collaboration with the friends of Quads Mods proprietors Nathan and Shannon Quadrio, set their minds on a plan to quickly provide the urgent financial assistance needed.

They came up with hosting a charity car cruise starting from the Burson Auto Parts Malaga store car park as a fun family event leading up to Christmas, on December 19. Burson Auto Parts also supplied its portable entertainment trailer and catered a delicious BBQ for all taking part.

The respect that exists for Nathan and Shannon Quadrio from the Perth car club scene and Burson Auto Parts Malaga customer base was clearly evident on the day, with hundreds of Perth motoring enthusiasts taking part in this charity car cruise event.

All funds raised from the event were donated directly to Nathan Quadrio in order to start the process of re-building their well-known and admired Quads Mods family business, which was and remains their sole source of income.

Burson Auto Parts Malaga’s community generosity has also extended to providing their BBQ trailer, a marquee and the major first prize for the Kalamunda RSL’s second annual ANZAC Day golf event which was held on April 24. Conducted with the invaluable assistance of Autobahn Electrical and Mechanical of Morley, the theme for the two-ball Ambrose event was Aussies vs the Kiwis, ensuring a fun day for all involved and a $1,000 fund raising effort.

These are two of many examples of the Burson Auto Parts philosophy of being an active and truly caring part of the local community. This is an integral focus of each Burson Auto Parts store in Perth and across Australia.
