Burson LCD Promotion

HOW TO ENTER:

Spend $200 or more on Bosch products with Burson and go into a draw to win one of 4 x Samsung 32” LCD Television.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
3. A total of 4 prizes will be drawn, one in each state NSW and QLD. 2 will be drawn for the combined states of VIC and TAS. Every winner will receive one Samsung LA32A450C1D 32” LCD television valued at $1399.
4. Participants must be a Burson account customer and the account must be within trading terms.
5. Promotion commences “09:00 (AEST) on 1 November 2008 and closes 17:00 (AEST) on 31 December 2008”.
6. Burson Automotive at 61 Gower Street Preston 3072 will be the venue of the computer generated draw. Draw will be conducted on the 10 Feb 2009 at 10am. Winners will be notified by 20 Feb 2009. Prizes will be sent out prior to 15 March 2009. The winner’s names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 20 February 2009 and be informed in writing.
7. Only purchases made through Burson Automotive branches in the states of NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS will get an entry into the draw.
8. Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, agencies, distributors and resellers associated with this promotion (and their immediate families), are not eligible to enter the promotion. 
9. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winners.  If the winner is unable to take the prize (for whatever reason) or does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter, and, is unable to nominate someone else to take receipt of the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
10. Any unclaimed prizes will be distributed in a 2nd chance draw to be conducted on 04 May 2009 at 10am AEST at Burson Automotive, 61 Gower Street Preston 3072. The winners’ names will be published in The Australian and be informed in writing newspaper on 12 May 2009.
11. The total prize pool is valued at $5596 at the time of printing
12. All prizes, and any unused portions of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize.  In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s), in their sole discretion, to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from State lottery Departments.  Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing payment of prizes.  At the end of this promotion, all existing valid claims for prizes and entitlements will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
13. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into The Promoter may in its sole discretion, disqualify an entrant and prohibit any further participation in this promotion, by any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or has not complied with these terms and conditions.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner in connection with the conduct of the promotion or the redemption or use of any prize/s.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA), and any other state regulations. 
16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or hinders its determination, including but not limited to, war, terrorism, state of emergency, natural disaster, vandalism, power failures, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments. 
17. Copies of purchase invoices become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will collect and use personal information about the entrants in order only to enable participation in the promotion. The personal information collected will not be disclosed to any other companies associated with the promotion, State and Territory Lottery agencies. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the promoter at its address set out in item 17, below. If an entrant does not provide personal information, the Promoter will not be able to award the entrant with any prize under this promotion.
