Ryco/Burson Sema Show Extravaganza
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to entrants selected by Burson Automotive Pty Ltd who fulfill the entry requirements. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. To enter, entrants must be an existing Burson Automotive Pty Ltd account customer and be within existing trading terms. Every $100 including GST purchased of Ryco Filters during the promotional period, will gain one entry into the draw. Example 1; purchase $150.00 on Ryco products during the promotional period and receive 1 entry into the draw, example 2; purchase $565.00 on Ryco products during the promotion period and receive 5 entries into the draw. The amount purchased does not need to be on one invoice, it will accumulate throughout the promotional period and automatically captured by Burson Automotive Pty Ltd Head Office.
4. Promotion commences Thursday 1st July, 2010. Entries close at 3pm Tuesday 31st August, 2010. Draw will take place at GUD Automotive Pty Ltd, on Thursday 16th September at 2:00pm. The winners will be notified by phone and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday 24th September, 2010. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Four (4) Prizes in total will be drawn - Two for Victoria/Tasmania and one each for NSW and QLD. The first entry drawn will each win one Sema Show package. The package includes 2 x return flights from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to Las Vegas, accommodation for 5 nights in Las Vegas from 31st October 2010 to 5th November 2010, entry into the Sema Show, transfers to and from the airport in the U.S.A. and travel insurance. Each package is valued at $5,000 each.
All prizes will be delivered to the winners by Friday 15th October 2010.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. All entries and information provided by an entrant becomes property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The information contained in this database may be disclosed to related companies of the Promoter and to any other third party service provider assisting the Promoter in the conduct of this competition. Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of the operation of this competition and may be used by the Promoter or its related companies for future promotional and marketing activities. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to their information being used for such purposes unless they otherwise advise the Promoter by ringing 03 9243 3333. An entrant may request access or correction to the information held about him/her by contacting the Promoter in writing at Privacy Officer, GUD Automotive Pty Ltd, 245 Sunshine Road, Tottenham, 3012.
8. The Promoter may conduct such further draws on Monday 4th October 2010, as are needed in order to distribute the prize should it remain unclaimed by that date. In the event that this draw takes place, the name of the winner will be published in the Australian newspaper on Friday 15th October 2010.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
