Autodata Subscription Terms and Conditions

Invoicing arrangements:
·       This is an ongoing subscription which will be maintained until you
authorise the termination of the Burson Auto Parts Monthly Fee.

·       Burson will advise you, in writing, any changes to the Monthly Fee Plan invoicing arrangements [amount; frequency] at least 45 calendar days prior to these changes.

Your rights:

·       You may terminate the Burson Monthly Fee invoicing arrangements at any time by giving written notice, by at least 30 business days prior to the due date.

Your responsibilities:

·       It is your responsibility to ensure that your Burson account has a
“current status” to allow approval of Autodata monthly claims.

·       It is your responsibility to advise Autodata if your Burson account has been closed. And provide a suitable alternate payment method.

·       Provide us with the cancellation code from your pc if you wish to cancel your Autodata subscription, otherwise invoices will continue.
