Burson Community Update on COVID-19 (16th June)

Let’s face it, every individual and business has faced some challenges lately and for most, these challenges have been greater than we could have ever imagined, let alone had the opportunity to plan for.

The resilience and determination of the auto aftermarket, especially automotive workshops, has been impressive and the positivity our industry has shown will only help us grow and move forward even stronger.  At Burson, we are proud to have been a part of the effort to keep our industry going and even more proud to have experienced the way all of our customers have handled the challenges that have been thrown at you.  You are a credit to the automotive aftermarket!

We are pleased to announce that all of our incredible staff are back at work and are raring to go.  As it has been right through this period, all of our stores are open and continuing to provide the service Burson is known for.  We know that as an industry we are ‘not completely out of the woods yet’ and there may be some difficult times ahead.  It is why we have been working at a feverish pace behind the scenes to develop a number of exciting projects and promotions that will continue to see us help you and the auto aftermarket industry as a whole to flourish.  Stay tuned for the release of these initiatives in the coming weeks and months.

We have included a link to a short video that has been produced by the AAAA.  It has been designed to let all Australian’s know how important our industry is, what we do to keep Australia driving forward and to urge support for local auto businesses.  It’s a great video to be placing in your customer waiting area or uploaded to your website and/or Facebook page. The AAAA play a huge role in supporting the Automotive Aftermarket Industry and providing services to workshops like yours. If you are not a member, please consider joining.

In closing, please know that as a proud Australian company, every Burson store and all of our people are here to help and will do anything we can to support you and make your business thrive.  We genuinely feel that the future is brighter than ever and by working together with our customers, we will prosper.
