Established in 1980, the Historic Touring Car Association of Victoria is a competition club for touring cars of a type that competed from post-World War II through to 1972. The category has four different race categories, Group N pre-1973 production cars, Group NA post war to 1958 production cars, Group NB 1959-1964 production cars and Group NC 1965- 1972 production cars. Some of the cars that make up these fields consist of Ford Mustangs, Mini Coopers, Holden Monaros and more.
