April 4th, 2025
Burson Auto Parts has provided support to Wil Longmore, a 22-year-old racing driver who has won three NSW Hyundai Excel State Championships and was a standout for his debut season in the 2024 TGRA Scholarship Series.
Wil is a well-known young car enthusiast and Burson Auto Parts customer in the Wagga Wagga area. In 2025 he has returned to the Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia Scholarship Series, along with eleven drivers from last year. The series runs across five events around the country.
The Scholarship Series allows aspiring drivers to highlight their capabilities on some of the most iconic racetracks in Australia, including Phillip Island Auto Race Club (PIARC) & Morgan Park Raceway (MSA).
Round one of the Gazoo Racing has commenced and there has been already some ups and downs for Wil. Round one saw Wil ending up in 8th position. Round two saw Wil climb to P5, however due to an incident that caused a red flag, the race was declared a non-event.
The partnership underscores Burson Auto Parts commitment to supporting emerging talent in Australian Motorsport and the local community. We wish the best of luck to Wil Longmore for is upcoming races.
