We have a great opportunity for a permanent full time Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inbound phone & online sales processing
- In-store customer service
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional communication skills
- A customer service champion
- Experience or a passion for auto parts
- Well presented
- Great phone manner
- Ability to influence & negotiate
- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
